When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.

Monsieur Mini do not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate or up to date. Although we endeavour to provide correct information regarding colours, pictures, texts, prices and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions can occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Monsieur Mini reserves the right to change the content and information provided on the website at any time.
Monsieur Mini will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, including lost profits, resulting from the information in this webshop or otherwise connected to the webshop. This also applies to all websites, which we link to. Monsieur Mini is not responsible for the content of these external websites. We cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable, but we make every effort to secure access to the website.
Orders can be placed on the webshop and are not binding until Monsieur Mini has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 2 business days. We operate Monday to Friday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.
When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT
You can place an order at our webshop by choosing the product and colour, size and material. You can add several products to your basket and adjust the quantity before proceeding to payment. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will display this information on the website and you will not be able to order the product. To fulfill your order you will be asked to enter your personal data and payment information. There is no need to set up an account.
You can pay online by PayPal. If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

We are based in Denmark (GMT+1 time zone) and operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you by email and if applicable offer to cancel the order. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY
Listed below are general shipping costs calculated in Danish Kroner (DKK).
Different options are available for Denmark,
EU & REST of the world: UPS or similar trackable service,
price is based on weight and volume.
All shipments are sent by your choice of courier from our warehouse in Denmark.
The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to EU-countries and the USA and 4-8 business days to all other countries. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
You can pay online by PayPal. If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. When purchasing from our webshop, Monsieur Mini provides a 14-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes. If you want to request a refund you need to return your product in perfect condition.
Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item.
Faulty products that have been purchased from our webshop can be replaced or refunded within 30 days after delivery. If you wish to return some or part of your order, you can buy a return label through www.returpakke.dk. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
In case you wish to make a complaint about goods purchased from Monsieur Mini, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via forbrug.dk.
You can also use the European Commission’s online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. When submitting the complaint, state our email address email@example.com.
In case we fail to reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
